Cultivate your warrior spirit, with inspiration from Virabhadra and Hanuman. We’ll learn about the origins and legends of these two divine beings, then dive into the asana their stories inspired: Virabhadrasana (warrior poses), Hanumanasana (front split) and Anjaneyasana (lunging poses).
