This is a gentle supported practice with seasonal attunement from the 5 Element perspective. Includes medical Qi Gong to clear and center the energy (like a moving meditation), Yin shapes to strengthen connective tissues (with some mindfulness and breath work), and restorative poses to regulate and settle the nervous system, encouraging a deeper state of relaxation.
Encouraged props: 2 blocks, 1 strap, 1 blanket, 1 bolster
(household items can substitute for these props)
